I won an award...yay me!

Kathy over at The Giggling Trucker's Wife was kind enough to give me this award!  Thank you so much Kathy....it's always nice to know that people are reading and enjoying my posts!

This is an award for us smaller blogs--those which have less than 200 followers--and I'm supposed to spread the love around even more and give this award to five (or more) bloggers that I think are great.

I know that some of the people on my list already have received this award...but you're getting another one!  Why?  Because you're just that darn spiffy!

So.....here goes! :)

Word Nerd Speaks--I absolutely adore Beth!  Probably my favorite 'every day topics' blogger.  I wish that I could write as effortlessly (or at least it seems that way!) as she does!  She is the brains and hard work behind our beloved GBE2 and I adore her even more for that.

From The Mom Cave--I have a son that is on the autism spectrum.  She has two.  There is always something I can relate to on this blog.  This blog has made me laugh and cry...has just about floored me with respect and awe for, Amy, the author.  All parents--not just those of special needs children--will get something from this blog.

Beauty Raid--Three friends that are exploring the world of beauty.  They aren't pros--just three ladies who are learning makeup/beauty and showing their 'experiments', messes, and successes online for all the world to see.  I think that takes A LOT of guts.  Plus, they throw in some geeky/nerdiness into the mix as well.  By far, the most entertaining beauty blog I've discovered lately!

Ruth's Makeup--What can I say? I'm a beauty blog nut!  I read tons of them daily (and even have one of my own...pssst see the sidebar....), and this young lady is definitely not afraid of bright colors and trying out new things.  Best part of all:  she has an ongoing makeup series inspired by the cartoon 'Adventure Time'--one of my favorite shows.

Crazy Tomboy's Blog--This one is purely shameless promotion!  This is my daughter's blog.  She has (I think) 4 followers, and two of them are her mom and dad.  The grammar, spelling, and punctuation will make you cringe...but hey she's a cute little girl who loves to write--you can't really criticize that!
